At DR.VEGAN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion choices. If your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments with original tags attached into the eco-friendly packaging provided to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
